good morning girls , as you can see in this blog i am telling you how to start your day in a positive way , personally i like those articles and i hope you well like it too, but first i want to ask you to follow my tumblr (itsgirlsteam) , and lets get started.

make your bed
when you wake up the first thing that you have to do to start your positive day is to make your bed because making your bed puts you in a motivational mode.
drink water
So, drinking a glass or a bottle of water in the morning, before you have had your breakfast yet, actually helps your metabolism and your skin. This one is not something that could put you in a great mood, but knowing that you did something good for your body, could.
put some music
listening to your favorite playlist in the morning while you are getting ready to start your day is not an issue , Right ?
workout
for me my everyday workout makes me more happier but i dont know if that work for you too
take shower
Take a shower, wash your face. Cleanse yourself from last night and let the new day begin, fresh and clean.
makeup
come on girls we all know that make up makes us feel more motivated
breakfast
my favorite part in the morning is to go to my kitchen and start doing my breakfast and of course eating it lol
